http://catalog.mtmercy.edu/curriculum/music/The music major offers four possible areas of study leading to the baccalaureate degree: the Bachelor of Arts in Music, Bachelor of Arts in Music: Music Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Music: Liturgical Music Ministry, and the Bachelor of Arts in Music-Education . Students majoring in music have the option of either a performance or music history concentration. Students wishing to pursue the music history concentration will substitute a bachelor’s thesis for the full senior recital.
