AD 006 Learning Strategies: 1 semester hour

This course is designed to allow students to explore a variety of learning and study strategies, technology tools, and campus resources to support and strengthen their academic performance. Topics include time management, organization, note-taking, test-taking, study strategies, use of academic technology tools, and accessing campus resources. Students will develop a better understanding of and evaluate their own academic behaviors and attitudes, learning strategies and study habits to improve their self-efficacy and confidence as a university student. Repeatable.

AD 007 Learning Strategies - International: 1 semester hour

This course focuses on creating greater success in college and in life. Content emphasizes self-exploration and analysis regarding student leadership and the pursuit of academic, professional, and personal opportunities for success. This course also places special emphasis on the practice of interpersonal communication skills through the regular application of both oral and written communication activities. This course is restricted to only International Students. Repeatable.
