Mount Mercy is a leading choice for students seeking a baccalaureate degree while maintaining full-time employment.

Recognizing that life experience is a valid source of knowledge, and the premise that adults are self-directed and intrinsically motivated, courses are formatted into five and ten week block periods allowing student to focus on one class at a time. The online courses do not require face-to-face meetings and are delivered entirely through the online learning platform.
